Dear Parent/Carer,

At Woodnewton – a learning community we sometimes take photographs of pupils. These photographs serve various purposes. For example, some are used in internal displays, some may be put on our website and some are used on our pupil registration system.

For the use of some of these photographs, we require your consent and in order to comply with current data protection regulations, we are refreshing our consent records for pupils within our Academy.

We would like to ask for your consent to use photographs of your child as described below. You are free to consent, or to refuse, to all or any of the uses below.  You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to any of these uses at any time.  If you wish to withdraw consent, please contact the school office in writing or the trust’s data protection officer at dpo@iftl.co.uk

  • As part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi Academy Trust, we would like to be able to share photographs and video captured within our school for use in training materials. These training materials will be used across our group of schools and in other schools that subscribe to our training packages.
